Superior Garage takes immense pride in being part of something bigger than ourselves and playing a vital role in building a community that supports one another. That’s why we are proud to boast that for the past 7 years we have been chosen from our competitors to install our floor coating systems into both the Hospitals of Regina Foundation and Stars Lottery Show Homes. It’s organizations like the Home Lotteries that have made us Regina’s first choice flooring specialists for garages and concrete covers.
We have been working with the STARS Lottery since they began operating in 2011 making this the eighth lottery STARS has held in Saskatchewan. STARS has allowed us to showcase our unique talents and apply our skill sets to the garage zone of their show homes. STARS holds two lotteries in Saskatchewan, one in Regina and the other in Saskatoon. This show home lottery is the largest fundraiser for Stars Air Ambulance making up over 20% of their operating costs. This non-profit charity organization was founded after recognizing that by offering critical care more urgently via helicopter they could reduce traumatic deaths by over 50% and helping those who live in rural communities, remote areas, and travel Canadian highways. Thanks to Stars ambulance over 40,000 people have been helped, 812 in 2018-19 fiscal year alone in Saskatchewan. It makes us feel immense pride to contribute to an organization that gives so much.
The Hospitals of Regina Foundation launched its first ever Home Lottery in 1987 when the foundation was established. They sold 6,000 tickets and raised an impressive $180,000.00 and in 2006 they added an additional Fall home lottery. Cumulatively Stars has raised over $35 million over the past 30 years. They have built many special units for our hospitals in Regina, including the Breast Assessment Centre, Prostate Assessment Centre, and the Wolfe Stroke Care Unit to name a few. We have been working with the Hospitals of Regina since 2012 when they took a chance on a small local floor coating company and now we represent the best quality in the garage and industrial floor systems. Seeing all that this organization has done for our local city gives us a sense of satisfaction that we can see exactly what giving back can create.
Since we began installing floor coatings into the lottery show homes we have expanded into garage organization systems and customer garage interiors, we represent the best quality in garage living. We couldn’t call ourselves Superior Garage if we didn’t carry superior cabinets in modular to custom-fitted from brands like Contur, Ulti-Mate, ProSlat, Gladiator, NewAge, Husky, etc. all complimented by garage organization systems from brands like ProSlat, Everbuilt, WallControl, Tornado, On-Rax storage racks and more. We will redesign your garage with luxury in mind without sacrificing function.
